Ingredients
- beef (brisket) 100g
- dried seaweed 3 servings
- sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce (Korean soup soy sauce) 3 tablespoons
- tuna extract 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1/2 tablespoon
- salt to taste (for adjustment)
Instructions
- 미역 불리기Soak dried seaweed (2 handfuls) in water.

Heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the beef until it turns brown.

Add soaked seaweed and stir-fry with the beef for about 3 minutes, ensuring it does not burn.

Add 500ml of water and turn the heat to high. Then add minced garlic (1/2 tablespoon), tuna extract (1 tablespoon), and soy sauce (1 tablespoon), and let boil for 10 minutes.
